Transforming lives through youth development & leadership.
Culturally relevant, trauma-informed, whole-child mental health and transformative youth development services for students and families across Metro Atlanta.
Our mission is to empower youth and their families to drive positive change in their communities through evidence-based, transformative programs.
Since 2006, iCAN has served over 1,000 families across Atlanta with evidence-based therapeutic services and youth development programs rooted in culturally relevant practices and a whole-child approach.
Real outcomes for youth and their families.
Trauma-informed. Culturally relevant. Whole-child.
Our treatment philosophy is rooted in evidence-based practice and lived experience. We use TF-CBT, the PRACTICE Model, and mindfulness-based interventions to support youth navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the everyday weight of life in risk-immersive environments. Most of our youth are paired with college mentors, and parents receive psychoeducation to support their parenting approach.
