Individual Therapy
60-minute weekly or bi-weekly sessions using the TF-CBT PRACTICE Model. Treatment planning, intervention strategies, and psychoeducation for PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
Family Therapy
Conjoint family sessions to improve dynamics, communication, and relationships. Strengthens the family unit and fosters healthy coping for the whole household.
Group Therapy & Workshops
Saturday 90-minute workshops reinforce CBT and mindfulness skills in a group setting. Includes specialized girls' groups and skill-building cohorts.
CBT Skills Mentoring
Weekly 30-45 minute mentoring with clinically trained social work students. Covers communication, problem-solving, coping skills, study habits, and college prep.
Family Wraparound
Youth-guided, family-driven coordinated support. Soft referrals to crisis outreach, housing assistance, GED, credit recovery, and extracurricular activities.
Summer Youth Programs
Youth learn hands on activities, skill-building workshops and communty product.
